What does it take to pursue a dream? Determination? Support? Hard Work? Talent? Luck? In this episode of The Massachusetts School of Law’s Educational Forum, Professor Diane Sullivan and Associate Dean Mike Coyne interview 7 young achievers about what has helped them stay the path and pursue their goals of excellence. Interviewees include Mick Coyne, an up and coming musician, Korey Wilson, a young, star hockey player who has overcome severe birth defects, Amanda Figueiredo who is about to realize her dream of becoming a nurse, star soccer player Nick Figuieredo who has moved on to a more stable 9 to 5 job and his little sister Stephanie who recently competed on a statewide level in gymnastics, as well as Allen Woodward who has overcome an uninspired college career to realize his dream of becoming a lawyer, and finally Emily and Jordan Clements who are well on their way to successful competitive swimming careers.
